The following information aims to provide you with some guidance about our recruitment process and our expectations.

THE INTERVIEW

  • Held in a relaxed, professional setting.

NATIONAL POLICE CHECK

  • Required for candidates progressing past the interview.
  • Conducted through Fit2Work with ID and personal details required.

HEALTH ASSESSMENT

  • Includes a functional assessment and drug/alcohol screening.
  • Arranged through Body care -Workplace Solutions at a clinic near you.

VISA ENTITLEMENT VERIFICATION

  • Work rights checked via the Department of Home Affairs.
  • Passport or Visa Evidence Card required for verification.

REFEREE CHECKS

  • Conducted with your consent.
  • Ensure referees are informed, available, and contact details are correct.

EMPLOYMENT OFFER

  • Final offers and onboarding are managed through JBS Pork Australia online portal.
  • Portal includes contract, policies, Fair Work info, and document uploads.
  • Streamlined onboarding ensures you're ready from day one.
